My goal is to be a healthy size person without problems that come with age. I also want to be the person my husband married, that loves to hike and travel around this beautiful country.
I know that my exercise routine will be limited, but for now I am walking a couple of miles a day. Hopefully we can all encourage one another and share those things, which have worked to help us reach our goals.
